We want you to be happy with your Azurty order. If you are not, we will refund you.
30-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price in full. Email us first and we will tell you whether the item needs to come back.
How to request a refund. Email with your order number and a sentence about what was wrong. We confirm within one business day and the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incomplete orders. If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, send us a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. There is no charge either way.
Cancellations and refunds before shipping. Order processing may take up to 30 days during busy periods. You are free to request a full refund at any time before your order has shipped, during the whole processing window, no questions asked. Email with the subject line "REFUND".
