Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every order.
Processing. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. In busy periods (holidays, launches) processing may take up to 30 days. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.
Delivery. After dispatch, most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days in the United States, 5 to 10 in Canada, the UK and Europe, and 6 to 12 in Australia and New Zealand. These are estimates, carriers can be slower around holidays.
Tracking. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Wrong address? Email within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it.
Customs. Orders outside the United States may be charged import duties by the destination country. Those are paid by the customer.
